Prototypes

At Sanders Mechanical Engineering, we understand that a good prototype can make the difference between a successful implementation and unexpected challenges. This is why we develop prototypes that minimize risk, validate performance and optimize production processes.

Prototyping in mechanical engineering

At Sanders Mechanical Engineering, we combine digital simulation with physical prototyping to reduce investment risks and optimize performance. We test designs extensively before they go into production.

Digital prototypes

We use advanced 3D models and simulations to identify and optimize potential design bottlenecks before a physical prototype is built. This way we have a focused view of the main challenges and know what to be aware of.

Physical prototypes

We have our own test rig in which we can extensively test a physical prototype. Here we can, among other things, use various conveyor systems, machining processes and robot-vision applications and simulate large parts of your production process.

Simulating your production process

Modifications in your production line often have a great impact on your production process. With good prototypes, you can be sure that these modifications will have the desired effect on your production process.

  • Reduce investment risks and optimize the operation of your machine before it goes into production.
  • Test designs under realistic conditions and analyze performance in detail.
  • Seamless integration within your existing systems and work processes.
