VINCI Energies acquires Sanders Machinebouw and Fockens & van Puijenbroek
Today, VINCI Energies announced that it is acquiring Sanders Machinebouw B.V. of Liempde and Fockens & van Puijenbroek Machinefabriek B.V. of ’s-Hertogenbosch. Through this acquisition, the company is strengthening its industrial portfolio with mechanical engineering and high-precision machine solutions.
Sanders Machinebouw, in business since 1966, designs and builds innovative, custom-made machines for a wide range of industrial applications.
